"I will not accept refugee quotas [for the Czech Republic]. The situation has changed. We see how migrants react in Europe. There is a dictator in Turkey," tweets the Czech Deputy PM and Finance Secretary, the oligarch Andrej Babiš:

"We must react to the needs and fears of the citizens of our country. We must guarantee the security of Czech citizens. Even if we are punished by sanctions," added Babiš on Twitter. "My coalition partners have not accepted my proposal. Let the Czech Parliament decide, then," says Babiš:
