Sanlian Lifeweek (Chinese: 三联生活周刊) is a weekly cultural critic and news magazine based in Beijing, China. Its slogan is "A magazine and the life it advocates" (Chinese: 一本杂志和他倡导的生活).

History and profile[edit]

In January 1995, Sanlian Lifeweek was officially established, as the successor to Life established by Zou Taofen in the 1920s.[1]

In January 2014, the magazine published a 31-page report against Bo Guagua and broke the news that John Garnaut from The Sydney Morning Herald had participated in the Wang Lijun incident.[2]

In 2017, Sanlian Lifeweek carried out digital media transformation, and the new media revenue of the magazine accounted for 80% by 2022.[3]
